1.       Is your checkout secure?
 
At Butterfly Fusion, we ensure that all our customers can shop with complete confidence online. We have taken every possible measure to give absolute security to all our customers.

2.       Do you share my details with any third parties?
 
At Butterfly Fusion we consider your privacy a priority and will ensure its protection and guarantee not to sell or share your information with any third parties.
 
We collect minimal personal information and it is for the sole purpose of processing your order and for marketing from Butterfly Fusion only. This will enable us to offer you the highest quality service and products possible.
 
You may choose to have your information removed from our email list at any time.

3.       What Payment options do you accept?
 
We accept Visa Card, Mastercard or direct deposits. You are able to select any of these options when completing your online order.

4.       Can I shop without a credit card?
 
Yes you can. We offer direct deposit payments as well as credit cards.
 
If opting for Direct Deposit we will accept payment directly into our bank account. You can pay via Internet Banking or at any St George Branch. 
 
If you choose this option, you will be emailed the bank account details once you have checked out.
 

 

 

5.       Are your products archival safe?
 
We will only sell products that are acid free, archival and scrapbook safe. This will allow your tressures to be kept forever.
 

 

 

6.       Are your images true to colour?
 
We endeavour to display images as true to actual colour as is possible. However, colours viewed on your computer may not be exactly the same as the actual product due to individual computer display settings.
 
If you are unsatisfied with the product/s you receive, see our refund policy for the steps you should take to have this matter rectified.
 

 

 

7.       I can see that you sell a particular brand but not a certain item made by them, can you get it in?
 
We will certainly endeavour to order it for you. Please email us with the details and we will let you know what we can do.
 

 

 

8.       Can you notify me when an out of stock item is available again?
 
Our stock is constantly being updated and every attempt is made to ensure all items have a fast turn around time however; it is a matter of our supplier also having it in stock.
 
If you would like, email us the item you are interested in and we will definitely notify you as soon as we have it in stock again.
 

 

 

9.       What is your turn around time for emailed enquiries?
 
We will endeavour to contact everyone back within 48hours. For any urgent enquiries, mark it urgent and will try and contact you sooner.
 

 

 

10.    Am I able to track the progress of my order once placed?
 
Yes you will as our store contains a tracking system. Once you have placed your order, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email which contains all tracking details.
 
Once logged in, you can view the status of an order and its complete order history.
 

 

 

11.    How do I track my order?
 
Simply log on and select ‘Order Tacking’ on the top menu bar. You will then see your order and details there. Select any order code for more information.
 

 

 

12.    Is there are minimum order value?
 
No, we do not have a minimum order value so you can order as small or as big as you like.
 

  

 13.    What currency is your site quoting?

 
All products are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
 

 

 

14.    How much does it cost for shipping?
 
As our way of saying thankyou for placing an order with us, you will receive free shipping for all orders over $50.00 to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post Regular Mail.
 
Orders under $50.00 will attract a standard postage fee of $6.00 via Australia Post Regular Mail or $12.50 via Australia Post Express Shipping.
 
You can also have the option of registered mail which will incur an additional charge of $3.00
 
We will take every care in packaging your order to ensure that you will receive your order safely. Butterfly Fusion will not be held responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged during transit.
 

 

 

15.    How long will it take to receive my order?
 
We guarantee you fast delivery. When your order is placed, we will pack it the same day and then dispatch your order within two working days of payment being received. 
 
Don’t forget, you can always track your order by logging on to our website.
 

 

 

16.    Do you ship internationally?
 
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally but we will endeavour to do so in the near future.
 

 

 

17.    Do you refund or exchange?
 
We will gladly refund or exchange any products that are faulty if notified within 5 working days of receipt of your goods. Just email us and we will gladly work out the arrangements with you.
 
If for any other reason, you would like a refund or exchange, please email us within 2 working days of receipt of order and state your reasons and it will be up to our discretion to issue a refund or exchange.
 
Upon authorisation by Butterfly Fusion, the goods must be returned in their original and unopened packaging with all postage costs and risks borne by the person returning the goods.

 

In the likely event that Butterfly Fusion agrees to refund, exchange or credit the order, such refund, exchange or credit will be exclusive of the original Postage and Handling cost, unless the return is a result of our error.

 

Butterfly Fusion will process the refund, exchange or credit only after the safe return of the goods and our satisfaction that they are not damaged in any way.
