Out of Stock Items
Every effort is made to keep our products in stock and our stock figures as accurate as possible. From time to time this can fail and something reported in stock can be missing.
Any orders affected by this will be amended via another confirmation email as soon as possible.
You will be given the choice of a refund of the cost of the item or to place the item on back order.

Butterfly Fusion provides a secure online shopping service and our checkouts include 128bit SSL certificate. This means that your checkout is protected with the highest level of credit card and Mastercard encryption available.
If opting for Direct Deposit we will accept payment directly into our bank account. You can pay via Internet Banking or at any St George Branch. If you choose this option, you will receive the bank account details in your checkout.
Shipping
Care is taken to pack your goods in a way to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We guarantee you fast delivery. When your order is placed, we will pack it the same day and then dispatch your order within two working days of payment being received.
If Direct Deposit is chosen as your payment method please allow up to 2 working days for the funds to be made available in our account. We check our bank everyday to minimize delays.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post and carry a return address in case of a mis-routed delivery.
Postage Rates
Orders under $50.00 will attract a standard postage fee of $6.00 via Australia Post Regular Mail or $12.50 via Australia Post Express Shipping.
You can also have the option of registered mail which will incur an additional charge of $3.00
We will take every care in packaging your order to ensure that you will receive your order safely. Butterfly Fusion will not be held responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged during transit.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We will gladly refund or exchange any products that are faulty if notified within 5 working days of receipt of your goods. Just email us and we will gladly work out the arrangements with you.
If for any other reason, you would like a refund or exchange, please email us within 2 working days of receipt of order and state your reasons and it will be up to our discretion to issue a refund or exchange.
Upon authorisation by Butterfly Fusion, the goods must be returned in their original and unopened packaging with all postage costs and risks borne by the person returning the goods.
In the likely event that Butterfly Fusion agrees to refund, exchange or credit the order, such refund, exchange or credit will be exclusive of the original Postage and Handling cost, unless the return is a result of our error.
Butterfly Fusion will process the refund, exchange or credit only after the safe return of the goods and our satisfaction that they are not damaged in any way.
